What is 1-day early access?+
Buy GTA VI Standard or Ultimate on RYVA and you unlock Exclusive before the public November 19, 2026 launch — including 1-day early access. Access is coordinated by a RYVA manager in the closed buyer chat.
How is the key handed over?+
After Pay, a RYVA manager contacts you on the email and Telegram you enter at checkout. Keys and Exclusive access are handed over by a manager — not auto-emailed as an anonymous code dump. Keep your contacts accurate so handoff isn’t delayed.
What if a key doesn’t work?+
If a key is invalid or already redeemed before you use it, contact support with your order ID and buyer email. We issue a one-time replacement when stock allows. No refunds after a key is successfully activated or after the stated claim window.
How long does delivery take?+
Most digital lots list a window on the product card (often minutes to a few hours). Manager handoff for GTA VI / Exclusive and some Circuit cuts can take longer during peak hours — usually within the same day once payment clears and your contacts are verified.
